November Meeting

Our talk about bees was very informative, accompanied by photos and some video clips. What amazing creatures they are! Who would have believed that some are bad tempered and lazy?
We were able to buy some Somerset honey afterwards, and enjoy the fruits of their labours.

Denman College Craft Fair!

Is anyone free the last weekend of November? Would you fancy a day out to Denman College?

The books, kits, embroidery items, wools, fabrics and sewing notions I saw last weekend in the craft shop were at excellent prices and very, very plentiful! If you want to top up your stash, or if you have a project in hand this would definitely be the destination for you! Let me know if you are interested!
There is no Real Jam Festival or Christmas Fair this year.

After a relaxing, fun meeting, members embraced their techie side by taking a look at how to use the blog.
